sacred space, Lydia will guide you to understand where you might be holding
back your sensuality, which senses may have become difficult to access, and
why sensuality may feel intimidating and how tapping into the Divine Feminine
can help you unleash all of your senses in a sacred way.
Workshop Highlights:
Sacred Ceremony and Soul Journey: Experience a guided journey to
activate the Divine Feminine within you to reconnect with your senses and
uncover where you may be limiting your personal sensual expression.
Breathwork and Active Exercises: Engage in breathwork and physical
exercises to explore and play with all of your senses, creating a personal
Divine Feminine sensuality vocabulary that activates your aliveness.
Outcomes: You'll leave feeling more confident, sexy, connected to the Divine
Feminine energy within you, and ready to express your sensuality in new
and unique ways that light you up. Embrace your body, recognize the
sensuous queen within you, and discover new ways to engage your senses

What to Bring:
Please bring a journal and pen, water, a sacred item for our
altar, and an item of clothing with buttons or a zipper that you can wear over
your clothes. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket for the breathwork portion
of this event.
About Lydia Mandell
Lydia Mandell is a Licensed Counselor, Art Therapist, Breathwork Facilitator,
and Embodiment Guide. With over 24 years of experience as a therapist,
Lydia realized that the body and senses were often missing in her work. Her
personal explorations led her to become a Burlesque performer, opening
avenues for exploring sensuality, body acceptance, and playfulness.
Burlesque led her to Breathwork, transforming her life and deepening her
body connection. As a Breathwork Facilitator and Embodiment Guide, Lydia
has helped hundreds of women move from their heads into their bodies. She
is passionate about holding space in women's circles, creating ceremonies, and helping women re-ignite their wildness through dance, ceremony, and
ritual. Lydia is currently a Priestess Initiate in the 13 Moon Mystery School.
