In-store shopping purchases are all final sales and not refundable.

ONLINE ORDERS: GOODS RETURNED FOR REPLACEMENT

Exchanges or replacement requests must be authorized by email only (PGRCustomer@gmail.com) within 5 days of receipt of goods. Replacement/exchange requests will be accepted for damaged goods or incorrect merchandise, only. You may request same product replacement or
merchandise of equal value. Pelham Grayson Rose will provide a return label and an RMA#. The RMA# we provide to you must be clearly marked on the outside of the box and a copy of your invoice must be placed inside the box. Returns will be accepted only within 21 days of receipt of goods.

Shipments refused or returned without authorization will not be accepted. Pelham Grayson Rose will make all refunds within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods and reserves the option of method of refund. Failure to follow the above instructions will result in a refusal of your claim or return.
