Meet Trish Reyburn, E-RYT 500: Yoga Instructor and Healing Arts Practitioner

Trish Reyburn, E-RYT 500, has been a beacon of inspiration in the yoga community since she founded Blissworks Yoga & Healing Arts in 2004.

Trish’s journey into natural healing began as a personal quest. After facing the challenges of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus, she discovered the transformative power of yoga in 1995. This new direction in her life led her to explore various yoga styles and teachers, ultimately finding her niche in an alignment-based practice. She earned her first yoga certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health in 2000 and became Anusara-Inspired in 2009.

Trish’s classes are a dynamic blend of challenging sequences and slow, contemplative movements. She believes yoga is an empowering practice that can guide anyone on their path to self-knowledge. For Trish, it’s not about mastering advanced poses but cultivating a positive attitude and embracing the journey, no matter where you are.

In addition to her yoga expertise, Trish is certified through the Lotus Palm School for Thai Yoga Therapy and is a Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki Master Teacher. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing spirit to all her teachings.

Trish resides in Waterford with her beloved partner, Charlie, and their lively cat, Coconut. Join Trish in her classes to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing!
